I need you and Granger to investigate one of Victor's old buildings he used as a work site. The files that BPI have on him are thorough but there's some pieces missing that we'll need to put in our leg work for. His work station seems like the best place to start. I'll text you the address. Didn’t find much other than a torn down building from the wild goose chase Director King sent us on when she had us look at Victor’s old worksite. This scrap of paper was located in the rubble.
